Role Overview: This dual-role professional will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA) preferred.
